Personalized and Open Adoption Experience
We believe that finding the best feline friend should be a memorable and personalized experience. We encourage you to set up time to visit in-person or have a video call where you can ask any questions you may have, see the environment where your kitten is raised, and meet the mama and kittens. Once the kittens are 12-14 weeks old they can go to their forever home.
Kittens receive at minimum their first 2 sets of FVRCP vaccinations. If required, such as for kittens going to the US or overseas, the kitten will receive their rabies vaccination at an additional charge. Kittens are also dewormed prior to leaving the cattery. Vaccinations are performed by a veterinarian and records will be provided.
Burmese Kitten History
Burmese cats were bred selectively to be therapy cats in the 1930s. Descended from Wong Mau, who was used by a psychiatrist in San Francisco to start the breed, this breed has become popular for their loving, sweet personalities. More like dogs than cats, they will greet you at the door when you come home, talk to you in their inquisitive voice, play until they get out of breath and have to flop on the floor, and do everything they can to make sure you know they’re there for you.
While they have been known to fetch and walk on a leash, it really depends on the personality of your kitty and whether they are in the mood for it that day… they are still cats after all.

Pricing
Each kitten is $2200, plus MN sales tax which is .08%
A deposit of $500 is required per kitten once a family is contacted that their kitten is available. This will hold your kitten and is part of the $2200 fee. If the perspective owner backs out of purchase they forfeit their deposit.
Transportation:
Air Transportation- Is 100% the cost of the prospective owner, which includes the transporter ticket/ticket for the kitten/kittens and possibly lodging to get the kitten to you.
Ground transportation is charged at .70/mile round trip.
Health Warranty
- The Breeder provides a 7 day limited health warranty (beginning at the date of pickup or delivery) that the above kitten is in good health and is free from feline leukemia virus (FeLV), feline infectious peritonitis (FIP), and the feline immunodeficiency virus (FIV) at the time of purchase.
- If the kitten described above dies within one year of the date of purchase due to a congenital or hereditary defect, the Breeder will replace the kitten with a cat/kitten of similar or better quality or refund the purchase price, at the discretion of the Breeder. To determine if the kitten’s death has been caused by a congenital or hereditary defect, the Breeder must receive proof of the defect in the form of a necropsy report and full medical record completed by a licensed veterinarian and performed at the Buyer's expense.
- In order to validate the health warranty, the Buyer must take the kitten to a licensed veterinarian within 7 calendar days of picking up the kitten at the Buyer's expense. If the veterinarian finds any physical problems that make the kitten a poor health risk, the veterinarian should write and sign a short note on his/her letterhead stationery, explaining his/her findings. The kitten shall be returned to the Breeder within seven days following the veterinary exam for a full refund or exchange for a new kitten of similar or better quality, if available, at the Breeder’s discretion. The Buyer will be responsible for any shipping costs.
